Justification: An ageing J. Charles is at the peak of his trade value and approaching the downside of an old RBs career. Chiefs look to commit to a RB committee of Kniles Davis, Charcandrick West, and Ware. Chiefs have a young defense who needs more veterans like Levy. Hali at 32yo has maybe a year or two left on his contract. Levy will be moved to DE on 4-3 looks (were I am suffering from weakness at the moment) and sub in for Hali on occasion, but will ultimately replace Hali at ROLB.
